Online Registration is Now Open



Welcome to Benicia High School Online Registration for the 2016-2017 School Year.   To expedite the walk through process you must read, complete and print all applicable documents ahead of time.  

You will need to be able to log in to your Parent Powerschool account in order to complete the process. 
If you cannot remember your log-in information please call 748-2811 for assistance.


STEP 1: Update demographic information in PowerSchool. Once completed, please print the single page that says "Demographics Update Complete"and bring with you to registration. (You print this even if you don't have new changes.) When filling in these fields, please use proper grammar, capitalize proper names, street names and cities, and follow the recommended formats.


If you already have a PowerSchool account:

  1. Go to www.psbusd.org in your browser’s address bar.

  2. Type your username and password then click Sign In.

  3. If you don’t remember your username and password, click “Having Trouble Signing In?” and follow the instructions.

  4. Once you’ve signed in, click the Demographic Change menu item to update information about your student.

If you do not already have an existing PowerSchool account, please follow these directions:

  1. Go to www.psbusd.org in your browser’s address bar

  2. Click Create Account

  3. Fill out the top section with your own information, and choose a UserName and Password

  4. Fill out the bottom section with your student’s name, the Access ID and Password and your relationship to the student.  The access ID is case sensitive, so it must be entered in upper-case as shown below.  If you receive access information for more than one student, you can enter each of them in this section.

  5. Click Enter.  You’ll now be re-directed back to the login page where you can enter the UserName and Password you chose in Step 3. Then hit Sign In.

  6. Click the Demographic Change menu item for updating information about your student.


STEP 2:  Read the following documents. You do not have to print these forms.


BUSD Parent and Student Rights, Annual Notice - All Students

Senior Memorandum of Understanding and Graduation Guidelines - Seniors Only  

Discipline Grid  - All Students

Benicia High School Policies & Procedures  - All Students

        

STEP 3:  Read, Print, Sign & Bring any of the following applicable forms with you for walk through registration.

      
Proof of Updated Demographics from Power School - ALL Students

Walk Through Signature Page - ALL Students

Concussion Form  -  Athletes & Band members only. (If you are not sure if you are going to participate in either Athletics or Band, please fill out this form in the event you do)

Nutrition Services & School Meal Plans - ALL Students, if applicable


OPT OUT ONLY FORMS - The following 3 forms are to be filled out and turned only if you would like to opt out your child.


Sex Education, Opt Out Only - this applies only to students enrolled in Health or Biology

Cal Grant GPA Verification, Opt Out Only- this applies to only Seniors



STEP 4:  Pay for items on-line using Webstore or in person during registration. (We encourage you to shop via the Webstore to avoid possible long lines during walk through registration.)


You can buy an ASB card (gets student in to certain athletic events for free, discounts on various ticket prices and school related items such as yearbook), yearbook, P.E. clothes, parking permit and spirit wear on-line or pay in person at the Finance Office.  Print your payment receipt and bring it with you to walk through.  


Once you have completed all 4 steps, you are ready for the 2016 walk through registration.       ** Come at either time on Tuesday, August 16th from 9 -1 pm or 3 - 6 pm starting in L2 **
