Dear Parents/Guardians and Staff,
This communication is to update you concerning BUSD’s response to the air quality situation. The safety and health of our students is our top priority. Yesterday and today we kept students inside in response to the air quality. We continue to monitor the air quality looking to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District and adjust student activity as needed. Schools will remain open and in session. All sports, practices, outdoor events/activities are canceled until further notice. Childcare development units at elementary sites will remain open.
