1:1 Device Distribution Event
On Thursday August 8th and Friday August 9th we will be distributing Chromebooks to all BHS students as a part of our 1:1 (one-to-one) device initiative. In addition, students will receive their student ID card when picking up their Chromebook.
Our staff will be available to distribute student IDs and Chromebooks at the following times:
August 8, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM in Room A106
August 9, 2019 from 7:00 am to 1:00 PM in Room A106
Chromebooks can be picked up by the student or by a parent/guardian as long as the device contract is signed by both the student AND the parent/guardian. Chromebooks cannot be provided without a fully completed form. This form is available here . We encourage you to print and complete this form before arriving to school to ensure the fastest service.
There is no need to check in at the main office. Please proceed through the front lobby, turn left immediately after exiting the lobby, and follow the arrows to A106/A107. Please note these times are fully open with no restrictions by student grade level or alphabet.
THIS FORM provides an optional insurance policy to parents/guardians. This policy costs $20 for the year and covers the student and parent in the event of accidental breakage, theft, or loss. BHS Administration strongly encourages families to consider taking this option, as those who do not would be responsible for the full cost of the Chromebook should it be damaged or lost. You can sign up for this policy online, or by sending the completed form and a check to the address listed.
